  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  • Add the melted butter to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
  • Mix in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until everything is incorporated.
