Instructions

  • Mix the wet ingredients. In a large bowl, whisk together cookie butter, melted butter, sugar, and egg until creamy.
  • Combine dry ingredients. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir gently until everything is well combined.
  • Spread into pan. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
