Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together.
  • In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each, then add vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the dry flour mixture and mix until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the fresh blueberries with a spatula.
  • Drop dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving 2 inches between each.
  • Roll each ball in powdered sugar.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden and centers look soft.
  • Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
