  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  • Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chips gently.
  • Drop cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

These cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. They can also be frozen for up to three months.
