Ingredients
  

  • 300 grams spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente.
  • While the spaghetti is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the shredded chicken to the skillet and cook until heated through.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Incorporate the grated cheddar cheese and half of the parmesan cheese into the sauce, stirring until melted.
  • Add salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste.
  • Once the spaghetti is done, drain it and add it to the skillet, tossing to combine with the creamy mixture.
  • Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with the remaining parmesan cheese, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving, garnishing with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Cook spaghetti al dente as it will continue cooking in the oven. You can add vegetables for nutrition and customize the cheeses used.
