Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon additional melted butter for cooking

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined.
  • Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles form, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with honey for the honey butter.
  • Serve the pancakes warm, drizzled with honey butter.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for better results. Let the batter rest for about 5 minutes before cooking to enhance fluffiness. Experiment with toppings according to your preference.
