  • 8 oz Korean noodles (any variety)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch ginger (grated)
  • 2 tbsp Korean chili paste (Gochujang)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cups vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli, chopped)
  • 2 cups protein of your choice (like tofu, chicken, or beef, cubed)
  • ¼ cup green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the Korean noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set them aside.

  • Add the chopped vegetables and protein of your choice. Sauté until the vegetables are tender and the protein is cooked through, around 5-7 minutes.
