Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. pasta (rotini or penne)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mini pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In the same pot, drizzle olive oil and add the cooked pasta, stirring to coat.
  • Add the pizza sauce to the pasta and mix well.
  • Fold in half of the shredded mozzarella cheese and half of the mini pepperoni.
  • Transfer the pasta mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper over the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
