Ingredients
  

  • 4 (6-ounce) Mahi Mahi fillets
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pat the Mahi Mahi fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat until melted and bubbling.
  • Place the Mahi Mahi fillets in the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes without moving them.
  • Carefully flip the fillets and add the remaining butter to the pan. Cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Lower the heat slightly, add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  • Pour in the lemon juice and add the lemon zest, stirring to combine and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour the lemon butter sauce over the cooked Mahi Mahi fillets and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
