Ingredients

  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings (like garlic powder or parmesan) as desired

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Remove the husks and silk from the corn, rinsing them under cold water if necessary. Pat them dry with a clean towel.
  • Place the corn on a baking sheet. Drizzle melted butter over each ear, ensuring it’s nicely coated.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper generously over the corn.
  • Optionally, sprinkle any additional seasonings or toppings you desire.
  • Roast the corn in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
  • Once fully cooked, remove the corn from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Use fresh, in-season corn for the best flavor. Wrap in foil for a softer texture. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
