  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt the unsalted butter over low heat and let it cool slightly.
  • Combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl; stir until smooth.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually stir the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips and fresh raspberries gently.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Cool completely before lifting out and slicing into squares.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for better mixing. Don't overbake to maintain gooey texture. Chilling before cutting yields cleaner edges.
