  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper generously.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet, cooking for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest on a plate, sprinkling fresh parsley on top.
  • Pour any drippings from the skillet over the chicken, allowing the garlic and butter sauce to simmer for one minute to deepen the flavors.
  • Slice the chicken, plate it, and drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the top. Serve immediately.
