Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Granola or nuts (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Arrange the sliced strawberries evenly over the yogurt, pressing each piece slightly into the yogurt.
  • Sprinkle granola or nuts on top.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
  • Lift the bark from the pan using the parchment paper. Break into bite-sized pieces or cut with a knife.

Notes

Use full-fat yogurt for creamier bites. Freeze for up to a month in an airtight container. Enjoy directly from the freezer.
