For 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Place the flax meal into a small bowl.
  • Add the water and stir until combined.
  • Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes until it thickens and becomes gel-like.

Notes

Always use freshly ground flax meal for best results.
For stronger binding, grind flax seeds into a very fine powder.
